Lately I’ve been looking over the archives at our store. I notice the paper trail is growing ridiculously large. We’re filing all this stuff away but it seems slightly haphazard. What if, God forbid, there was a fire or disaster of some sort. On top of that a lot of our material isn’t archived on PC which is somewhat ridiculous. I thought about finding a bunch of temps to overhaul our filing system and scan everything into the computer.

Then I thought again, because we don’t really have the space or oversight available to do all that well. Finally I realized we needed to contract this work as soon as possible. I began looking for the right company. Fortunately, I found a great option for document management South Western Ontario that was available to handle our problem. The work they’ve been doing so far is excellent, exactly what I was looking for! Glad I found a way to not have to do all this in-house when we just don’t have the resources.
